Just re-listening to this and I found it so endearing when he says "I'm sorry if I talked too long". Meanwhile we're all hanging on to every word. :) He's a great storyteller!

I came across your podcast just before I went on a 17 hour flight from Singapore to New York. Thank goodness I downloaded all the interviews - they were fantastic and quite honestly, priceless. I listened to all of them straight through. It's really amazing what you're doing - my thanks and congratulations to you. Perhaps for future interviews you can include more writers or animators/writers as I think writing for animation is an area that doesn’t get enough attention in general. Creativescreenwriting (on your ipod too!) had an interview with Pam Pettler (Monster House co-writer) that I found really interesting. Hopefully we’ll get to hear from more writers on your show and have an insight into their development and writing process. Lastly, it’d be great if you could, from time to time, include interviewees from the TV or even Internet animation world. Again, your podcasts are almost too good to be true :) thanks for the wonderful work!

Clay

How I wish someone would have done 50 years ago, what you are doing now.
The art and history of animation owes you a debt of gratitude.

Thank you

Hey Clay! Hope things are going well for ya. Just wanted to give you a heads up that you've gotten a few more listeners as I notified CATNAP which is the local animation discussion group out here in Chicago that recently started meeting again. I mentioned your podcast at the last meeting and a few of them have tuned in and or will be tuning in soon.

Clay, been listening to the podcast since the beginning and I've gotta say that I've loved 'em all! Thanks for all the work you put in to them, especially since I know it's just one of those things you do "on the side".

I've listened to both the Burny shows a couple of times now and love his laugh! He also seems to be very young at heart and a blast to hang out with.

Thanks for helping me broaden my animation knowledge, not only about the animation process, but the history and the people as well.

Keep up the good work!!!
